I stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The location was superb, right in the heart of the main plaza of Cusco, making it convenient for exploring the city, but the room was a letdown with a small uncomfortable bed and a tiny heater. The service was decent overall. The dining options were limited to just hamburgers, which was disappointing. The facilities were basic but satisfactory.
